Hight Tensile Strength Aramid Fiber Rope
Description:
The main raw material of Hight Tensile Strength Aramid Fiber Rope is aramid fiber. When the heating rate of aramid fiber rope is 10℃/ min, the decomposition temperature of aramid fiber rope is 427℃-482℃ in air, and it decomposes at about 538℃ in nitrogen. The decomposition temperature varies with different heating rate and exposure time. When exposed to minus 46℃, the strength and elongation of aramid fiber will not be negatively affected, nor will it be embrittled or degraded at minus 196℃. Aramid rope has inherent flame retardancy, but it can ignite (oxygen index is 29). When the fire source is removed, it will usually stop burning, but if the pulp or fly dust is ignited, it can continue smoldering. In the experiment, it is shown that the aramid rope will not continue to burn after it contacts the fire source for 12 seconds and the fire source is removed. When the thickness of the fabric increases, the afterglow time will be prolonged, but the burning length will not increase, no “drop” will be produced, and the flame will not spread. Like other polymer materials, aramid fiber is sensitive to ultraviolet light. After long-term exposure without protection, it will fade from yellow to brown, and long-term exposure to ultraviolet light will cause the loss of organic properties, depending on wavelength, exposure time and radiation intensity. The fading of new fibers under indoor light is normal and will not affect their organic properties. However, the natural color of aramid fiber has a self-shielding effect, which protects the fiber or the inner filament of the fabric together with the fiber properties of the outer layer. The outer coating or coating can effectively protect the influence of ultraviolet light on aramid rope.
