Description:
12-Strand Braided Aramid Rope is made of high-quality aramid fiber with different specifications such as 8 strands, 12 strands, 16 strands, 24 strands, 36 strands and 48 strands. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, fire resistance, light weight, high strength, high modulus, stable size, low shrinkage, puncture resistance, cutting resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties and good dielectric properties.
1. High tensile strength: aramid fiber has high tensile strength, low elongation, high modulus and high breaking strength. The strength is three times that of high-strength nylon.
2. High-temperature resistance: The continuous use temperature range of aramid fiber is extremely wide, and it can be used normally for a long time in the range of-196 C to 300 C.. The shrinkage at 150℃ is 0. The degradation temperature is 427℃-482℃.
3. Fire-proof and flame-retardant: Aramid is flame-retardant but can be ignited (limiting oxygen index is 29), and will not continue to burn after the fire source is removed. After combustion, there is no droplet and no harmful substances are produced.
