Hi-Sea High Temperature Resistant Aramid Fiber Rope
Description:
Hi-Sea High Temperature Resistant Aramid Fiber Rope uses aramid fiber as the main raw material, which is itself a high-temperature resistant material, and its high-temperature resistance is even better after special treatment. Aramid is a new type of special synthetic material, whose full name is “Aramid fibers”. Has the mechanical properties of high strength, high modulus, low elongation and relatively low material density, and has the characteristics of excellent thermal stability, flame retardancy, electrical insulation and radiation resistance.
Aramid fibers have extremely high strength, and the weight-specific tensile strength is 6 times that of steel wire and 2 times that of high-strength nylon industrial yarn. Its tensile modulus is 3 times that of steel wire and 10 times that of high-strength nylon industrial yarn. Aramid has a wide continuous use temperature range, and can run normally for a long time from -196℃ to 204℃. The shrinkage at 150℃ is 0, and it does not decompose or melt at 560℃.
