Performance Parameters:
The melting point is from 135 degrees Celsius to 145 degrees Celsius. Low resistance and no moisture regain. Shrinkage of boiling water is less than 1%. And the thermal conductivity is 20W/MK.
Twelve strands of UHMWPE rope were soaked for six months without any performance impact, including distilled water, seawater, kerosene 10% detergent, toluene sodium hydroxide, ammonium hydroxide, gasoline hydrochloric acid and glacial acetic acid.
Even after 1500 hours of continuous illumination, its intensity retention rate is still above 90%, while that of other chemical fibers is generally about 40% or even lower.
