24-Strand Polyester Mooring Rope
Description:
The 24-Strand Polyester Mooring Rope is a high-quality and durable rope designed specifically for mooring applications. Constructed with 24 individual strands of polyester fibers, this rope offers exceptional strength, reliability, and longevity.
The polyester material used in the construction of this rope provides excellent resistance to abrasion, UV rays, and chemical exposure, making it ideal for outdoor and marine environments. It is engineered to withstand heavy loads and extreme weather conditions, ensuring reliable performance even in the harshest conditions.
The 24-strand design enhances the overall strength and flexibility of the rope, allowing for easy handling and knotting. It provides a balanced combination of tensile strength and shock absorption, enabling it to absorb sudden shocks and dynamic loads without compromising its integrity.
This mooring rope is available in various diameters and lengths to suit different applications and requirements. It features a soft and smooth texture, promoting easy handling and reducing the risk of hand fatigue during use.
The 24-Strand Polyester Mooring Rope is widely used in marine industries, including docking, anchoring, and mooring operations. Its exceptional strength, durability, and resistance to environmental factors make it a reliable choice for securing boats, ships, and other watercraft.

Advantages of Polyester Material:
1. High toughness. Its hygroscopicity is low, and its wet strength is basically the same as dry strength. Impact strength is 4 times higher than that of nylon.
2. Good elasticity. When the elongation is 5%~6%, it can almost completely recover, and the elastic modulus is 22~141cN/dtex, which is 2~3 times higher than that of nylon. Therefore, it is firm and durable, wrinkle-resistant and iron-free.
3. Good wear resistance. The abrasion resistance is second only to nylon with the best abrasion resistance, which is better than other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.
4. Corrosion resistance. Resistant to bleaching agents, oxidants, hydrocarbons, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids. Dilute alkali resistance, no fear of mildew, strong acid and alkali resistance and ultraviolet resistance.
